To be real, I didn’t get into this in some neat, planned-out way. For the longest time, I could tell when things in my life were off or when I was stuck in the same old patterns. I’d notice it, but actually changing it? That felt impossible. Things only started to really change for me when I let go of trying to force it and just got honest with myself about what was really going on underneath. That’s what I try to help people with now, getting to the heart of it, not just pushing for change on the surface.

A lot of that has to do with what your mind and body have learned is safe over time.
So instead of pushing for change or forcing things, I help you really get what’s happening underneath it all. That way, things can finally start to shift, without feeling like you’re constantly fighting against yourself.
